2008-03-11 JnetMobile service launched.
Jnet Enterprises announces the official launch of JnetMobile services to the public. Customers interested in filtering for their mobile devices can now sign up for the service.

2008-10-07 BlackBerry Filtering solution in development.
With the decision to implement BlackBerry filtering as the first mobile offering, work is now under way to develop the various interoperability specs that will allow integration of the Jnet filter system into the BlackBerry environment.

Android:
For help on how to activate the Android Filter
please call our office at 718-625-5638 x9 between hours 9am -5pm.
Note: please make sure your device is connected to a computer with an Internet connection, otherwise we cannot activate the filter.
 
Finding Your Pin:
 
Blackberrys up to Software Version 5:

In the application menu, go to ‘Options’, ‘Status’.

 
Blackberrys with Software Version 6 or 7:

In the application menu, go to 'Options' - 'Device' - 'Device and Status Information'.

 
To activate the filter:
 
Blackberrys up to Software Version 5:
  1. On the blackberry in the applications menu, open the icon of the wrench named 'Options'. (Alternately, it might be 'Settings', and in that menu click on 'Options')
  2. Select 'Advanced Options'
  3. Select the option 'Enterprise Activation (cannot find it? Tech Support)
  4. Enter the activation email and passcode that appeared on the signup confirmation page and hit activate. (Lost activation information? Tech Support)
    WARNING!! If you get a message asking if you want to wipe your phone, Do not answer yes unless you have a backup.
  5. Activation should start processing within a few minutes.
 
Blackberrys with Software Version 6 or 7:
  1. On the blackberry in the applications menu, open the icon of the wrench named 'Options'.
  2. Select 'Device'
  3. Select 'Acvanced System Settings'
  4. Select the option 'Enterprise Activation (cannot find it? Tech Support)
  5. Enter the activation email and passcode that appeared on the signup confirmation page and hit activate. (Lost activation information? Tech Support)
    WARNING!! If you get a message asking if you want to wipe your phone, Do not answer yes unless you have a backup.
  6. Activation should start processing within a few minutes.
